Are you getting enough? Read more

A lot of us who practice Pilates or work out think about strengthening our muscles, especially our abs, arms and legs. But how often do you think about grip strength? For most of us, we don't think much about it until we lose it. It turns out that grip strength determines a lot more than whether you can open a jar. Read more
