Pilates classes, duets and privates are customized to help you feel strong, flexible and serene. Sessions vary from super-sweaty and intense and more flow-like, depending on the level and need. Pilates Reformers, towers, chairs and barrels may be used. Grab a friend—or a few friends—for a Pilates mat (unlimited) or apparatus (max. 4 people) workout that is geared toward getting you fit together, while working as a team and having fun. Together, we set a schedule good for all, and a progressive workout for all levels, including pre- and post-natal participants

I am happy to donate my time for a charity close to your heart. Or, think about celebrating your birthday or a special occasion with a customized barre, Pilates or circuit class. In addition, I am available to help you train for an upcoming event, such as a race, hiking trip or walkathon, or to get you ready for a special day, including a reunion, wedding, "big" birthday or seeing your college roommate for the first time in 10 years!

Whether you are 16 or 116, I will put together a program designed to achieve your goals. Together, we can work on gaining muscle, losing weight, strengthening your core, achieving better balance, training for an event, overall conditioning, injury recovery, reducing stress, all of the above and more. Sessions may include, weight lifting, TRX, kettle bells, Pilates, cardio, yoga stretches, and core work--whatever is right for you. Fitness assessments are included, and I will provide training, nutritional and lifestyle guidance to help you during the hours we aren't together.
