Private Pilates, Duets and Training Sessions in my private, pristine Studio. Book now!

Grow stronger, get more flexible, stand taller, and feel grounded in one-on-one, duet, and small-group Pilates sessions (up to three people). Build incredible core strength, flexibility, stamina, and more with a mindful, fun full-body workout every session that will leave you feeling stronger, looser, and surprisingly more Zen! Sessions may include the Reformer, Tower, Pilates Chair, Mat exercises, and more.

 

According to Joseph Pilates: "In 10 sessions you'll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you'll see a difference, and in 30 sessions, you'll have a whole new body." Ask former clients for their experience... (he wasn't lying). Personal training is available as well. All sessions take place in my expanded, super-clean, private home studio, located in Stamford, Connecticut, on the border of New Canaan and Pound Ridge. I love to see friends, groups and mothers and daughers or fathers and sons working out and then celebrating together. I work with men and women to help with sports training, including golf, tennis and swimming.
