Healthy Super Bowl Dip? Really?

What's more frustrating than watching your favorite team lose the Super Bowl? Realizing that you ate your way through the game and gained back the 2 pounds you just lost. Right? Dip (the kind you eat, not doing arm dips) is often synonymous with "once on the lips, forever on the hips," but here is a reasonably healthy Super Bowl dip, courtesy of Women's Health magazine.
