Does Pilates=A Flat Tummy?

When you hear about Pilates, often you hear about whittling your middle. It's true: Most Pilates clients do attain a flatter stomach, if that’s what they are going for, but they get so much more out of the method as well. They attain balanced muscle development, flexibility, a mind-body connection, spinal stability, better posture and peace of mind!
